Where do I begin?
Actually let me go and stare at it some more. It's a simple work, by all means, but it's a beautiful one.
It's not just the juxtaposition of light and dark, but as a whole, the two contrasting ideas are beautiful. And it's not only that, I figure there's another reason as to why you created this piece, which, I'm pretty sure my guess would be right, but still.
Even in chaos there is beauty, even in despair.
Sure, the world might be overwhelming and full of bright colors, but there are the monochrome bits - they can be nostalgic, they can be sad, but they're always with you, regardless of what's happening in your life.
When you think everything's out of control, just stop and take a breath and calm down, because there's a way out- there is always a way out dear.
